J2EE Developer: Bachelor of Engineering degree (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of ERP experience. Knowledge building n-tiered applications utilizing application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss Experience with multiple databases - good knowledge of SQL and relational databases. Server side skills incuding Java-J2EE (Servlets, WebServices), Groovy, PHP Client side skills including JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, Prototype, JSON, Adobe Flex / Flash
Project Manager / Business Analyst: MBA (or equivalent) with at least 1 year ERP implementation experience. This is a technical project manager / analyst position.
Linux/Unix System Administrator/ System Operations Engineer: 2+ Years of IT experience in field of Unix administration and operations support in medium to large production environment. Extensive knowledge of standard Unix services like SSH, FTP, NFS, NIS, LDAP, DNS, Samba, Sudo, SMTP. Basic troubleshooting skills for SVN, Web Server(Apache Tomcat, Jboss, Web logic or Websphere), Squid Proxy Server, Iptables (Linux Firewall), Asterisk (Trixbox), Enterprise class Router Netgear, Juniper or Cisco. Exposure to a minimum of two linux distributions and open source projects. Debian based Ubuntu 8.x or higher and RPM based Red Hat Enterprise Linux will be added advantage. Linux certification a plus. Excellent communication skills, written and oral, are essential.
